Orders generally ship within three to five business days of being placed, depending on your location. At this time, we are unable to ship internationally.
The Notorious Canteen (Skate Supply) uses GoGo Express, J&T, LBC, & Personal Delivery Rider of The Shop (COD within Metro Manila Only) for shipping.
Shipping times indicated at checkout are estimates provided by the courier and are not a guarantee made by The Notorious Canteen. If you need to make special shipping arrangements, you can email

- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within Metro Manila only.
*NOTE: We require a ₱200.00 pre-deposit (non-refundable), to avoid order cancellations and delivery booking cancellations.
Once the pre-deposit is received, we will process and ship your order. The remaining balance (80% of the total amount plus the shipping fee) must be paid upon delivery.
If the order is cancelled after the 24-hour reservation period (before shipment) or once delivery has already been booked, the 20% pre-deposit will be allocated as follows:
- ₱100.00 — Shop policy fee, packaging, etc.
- ₱100.00 — Rider compensation for their time
*NOTE: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we provide the delivery rider to help prevent scams or any misconduct.
Once your payment (item total + shipping fee) is completed, please download the receipt as proof of transaction and email it to notoriousph.cs@gmail.com including your name, purchase details, & order number.
After we confirm the payment, we will start shipping your order and send you the confirmation email.
- The GCash payment details will be provided at the final checkout page.

We utilise a fraud detection system and may need to verify information you provide before we process an order. Item availability and prices of all products sold on this site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities of certain items. In the event that our online stock is incorrect and we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you before proceeding with an exchange or cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders appearing potentially fraudulent. Any orders that are unable to be fulfilled will be refunded to the payment method used at checkout.
