1.) Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
For Metro Manila, we can do the same day process. However, outside of Metro Manila, we typically process orders within 2-7 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location.

  • EXAMPLE:

Metro Manila - same day delivery, COD (Cash on Delivery) Available, within 1 business days.

  • Luzon - 2-3 business days, depends on location.
  • Visayas - 3-5 business days, depends on location.
  • Mindanao - 3-7 business days, depends on location.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship domestically. We are actively working toward offering international shipping and will share updates as soon as it becomes available.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

How do I start a return?

Are your products authentic?
Yes, all products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from international brands and local distributors.

3.) Orders

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Contact us in our customer service notoriousph.cs@gmail.com immediately if you need to modify your order. We'll do our best to help before it ships.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly.

Payments Process

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya (currently unvailable), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for Metro Manila orders.

What is your payment instruction for (COD) Cash on Delivery orders?
We require a ₱200.00 pre-deposit (non-refundable), to avoid order cancellations and delivery booking cancellations.

Once the pre-deposit is received, we will process and ship your order. The remaining balance (80% of the total amount plus the shipping fee) must be paid upon delivery.

If the order is cancelled after the 24-hour reservation period (before shipment) or once delivery has already been booked, the 20% pre-deposit will be allocated as follows:

  • ₱100.00 — Shop policy fee, packaging, etc.
  • ₱100.00 — Rider compensation for their time

When will I be charged for my order?
Once you place your order, the email address you entered on the check out page will automatically receive payment instructions. You will also see the available payment options and details directly on the checkout page. For COD orders, payment is collected upon delivery.

How can you confirm my order?
Once you send us your payment confirmation or receipt, we will verify it and process your order. After confirmation, we will send you an order confirmation along with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Please make sure to send your payment confirmation within 24 hours. Otherwise, your order will be automatically canceled.

Can I pay in installments?
Unfortunately, we do not offer installment plans at this time. 

What should I do if my payment fails?
If your payment doesn't go through, please check your card details and available balance. If the issue persists, try a different payment method or contact your bank. You can also reach out to us at notoriousph.cs@gmail.com for assistance.

Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?
Yes, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details and receipt immediately after your purchase is complete.
