Easy 24 Hour (1 Day) Returns at The Physical STORE

  • STORE RETURNS

New, unused gear can be returned within 24 hours (1 Day) of delivery and must be inspected by our Staff and Management to qualify for a full refund to your original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, we’ll issue your refund in the form of store credit or allow an item exchange.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise stated or in the case that The Notorious Canteen (Skate Supply) has made an error with the order. 

Easy 168 Hour (7 Day) Returns at The Online STORE

  • ONLINE RETURNS

If you are unable to return your items at a physical location, you can send the product back for return. The return process must be initiated within at least 7 days/1 week of receiving your order, based on the shipping tracking information. 

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless otherwise stated or in the case that The Notorious Canteen (Skate Supply) has made an error with the order. 

  • Products bought on clearance (20% off or more), clothing, footwear, and skate stuff are final sale and cannot be returned.

IN STORE RETURNS

Unused products purchased (in-store or online) may be returned or exchanged at either of our retail locations within; (a.)1 day of purchase (for in-store purchases), or (b) 7 days of receiving an online order, based on the shipping tracking information. All returned items are subject to inspection upon return. A refund or item exchange is not guaranteed, especially if the item is used, damaged, or not in its original condition, unless otherwise stated or if The Notorious Canteen (Skate Supply) has made an error with the order. Receipt (physical or digital) is required.

PACKAGING YOUR PRODUCT FOR A RETURN 

Items must include the original box or packaging, in its original condition, without postal labels, stickers or tape directly on the box/packaging. Returned items will be subject to review upon return.

Restocking fees will be charged if the product is returned in a damaged box, or without its original box.

The return address will vary depending on what service you choose.
